Dominic Chinamelum Maduka ESQ.

Dominic Chinamelum Maduka is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He
obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University
and was called to the Nigerian Bar upon successfully completing the professional training
programme at the Nigerian Law School.

Dominic is a Trainee Associate at McCarthy Mbadugha, SAN & Co., where he is involved in legal
research, drafting of legal opinions and court processes, preparation and review of legal
documents, case analysis, and dispute resolution. He possesses strong legal research and
analytical skills and is committed to delivering practical, innovative, and client-focused legal
solutions while upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and excellence.

His areas of interest include Commercial Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution,
Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking and Finance, Maritime and Admiralty Law, Oil and Gas Law,
Environmental Law, and International Trade. He has a keen interest in the resolution of complex
commercial disputes and continually seeks to deepen his knowledge through legal research,
professional development, and practical experience.
